Meditation Tip 8- Crown Chakra Awakening 


Following the Meditation in Meditation Tip 7 you are now ready to move on to the final Chakra Meditation. The Crown Chakra.

Again sit comfortably and follow the same steps as in the previous Meditations. Focus on the breath and relax.  Again breathe through the nostrils and from your naval, filling your stomach and lungs with air on the in breath.(Yogic breathing) 

Now focus your attention on the Crown Chakra, located on the top of your head.  Visualise the colour Violet and use the Mantra- Soham

Repeat this Mantra either vocally or in the mind continuously until you feel some sensation in this area. Visualise your Energy connecting with the Divine Energy above and feel the energy flowing through you. This is your connecton to the Heavens as your Root Chakra is your connection to the earth. 

Again remember not to practice too intensely to begin with, no more than 30 minutes, and once you do feel some sensations stop and revert back to the Root Chakra Meditation. As previously stated please do not rush to awaken your Chakras and do all the excercises at your own pace.

You can now begin to practice all the Chakra Meditations in sequence moving from the Root Chakra upwards. 

Note:It is advisable to always to do the grounding exercise in Meditation Tip 1 at the end of your Meditation session
