Meditation Tip 6- Throat Chakra Awakening 


Following the Meditation in Meditation Tip 5 you are now ready to move on to the next Chakra Meditation. The Throat Chakra.

Again sit comfortably, follow the same steps as in the previous Meditations. Focus on the breath and relax.  Again breathe through the nostrils and from your naval, filling your stomach and lungs with air on the in breath.(Yogic breathing) 

Now focus your attention on the Throat Chakra.  Visualise the colour Blue and use the Mantra- Han, again accentuating the N.  Repeat this Mantra either vocally or in the mind continuously until you feel some sensation in this area.  Again remember not to practice too intensely to begin with, no more than 30 minutes, and once you do feel some sensations move onto the next Chakra (see next tip!)

Once you have practiced this meditation you can begin to practice this in conjunction with the other Chakra Meditations learnt previously moving from the Root Chakra upwards. 

Note:It is advisable to always to do the grounding exercise in Meditation Tip 1 at the end of your Meditation session.


You are now ready to move on to the next Chakra Meditation.
